A cool jailbreak tweak called xMessages has recently gone live in the Cydia store which lets your add contact photos as thumbnails to the stock Messages app. Along with displaying contact photos, the tweak also shows message time stamps letting you keep track of sent and received messages easily. Much like the Cyntacts tweak for Contacts, xMessages works seamlessly with the stock Messages app with no notable glitches. Adds options to Messages app. It integrates contact photos and adds timestamps for all messages. Either feature can be toggled from the Settings application under xMessages xMessages is fully compatible with iOS 4 and iOS 5 and is available as a free download on Cydia. Once again, you need to jailbreak your iPhone in order to install this tweak.
