A couple days ago it was reported by TechCrunch Zynga was in talks to buy OMGPOP, the maker of the hit iOS game Draw Something. Now, according to AllThingsD, their sources tell them the deal has been completed and the purchase price is around $200 million dollars. Zynga is set to announce a press conference at 3PM EST, most likely to share the news of the deal. Zynga will absorb OMGPOP's team of 40 people based in New York City, but of course the real prize here is Draw Something which has exceeded over 30 million users.
