On the weekend Apple announced 25 billion downloaded apps, and this morning they released the name of the lucky $10,000 iTunes gift card winner. Part of the 25 billion downloaded apps celebration included lists of Top 25 free and paid apps of all time for both the iPad and the iPhone, unique to each App Store by country. As for the Canadian App Store, one notable Canadian app that topped the charts was The Weather Network HD for the iPad, the top free iPad app of all time, and ranked third in the free iPhone app category. The app received a major overhaul last October.
