Unlike Google's Android OS, which is openy-source, Apple's iOS is proprietary, though you gotta love the gumption of a company accused of copy-catting Apple to the best of their ability requesting the ability to copy it better. They also want to depose Apple SVP of Design, Jony Ive, and other "iPhone inventors". What's next, Phil Schiller's inseam measurements? Tim Cook's birthday cards?
