If you are new here, you might want to subscribe to the RSS feed for updates on this topic. If you're not on OS X Lion yet, then you are missing out on all the features of iCloud. To encourage and assist Mac users on older versions of OS X, Apple is now providing free DVD copies of Snow Leopard to users that sign into their MobileMe account here, as reported by Macgasm. Apple sent out a message to MobileMe customers and they saw the following image: The offer is available in Canada as I did test out the MobileMe login myself (my account is part of a family plan). As you can see below, enter in your address and Apple will mail you a DVD copy of Snow Leopard. Apple clearly explains after installing Snow Leopard, you just need to pay $29.99 to upgrade to OS X Lion via the Mac App Store: The offer is reported to expire on June 15th, 2012, just a mere two weeks away from the permanent shut down of MobileMe.
