| Reminder: Apple's 12 Days of Christmas app starts today, free iTunes content for Europe and Canada Dec 26th 2011, 11:09 
Apple has launched its 12 Days of Christmas app for the third year running. The app offers free content from iTunes for twelve days between December 26th and January 6th. Today you can access three live audio tracks and three live videos from Coldplay's recent appearance at the iTunes Festival in London earlier this year. Each day between now and January 6th, when you open the app, new content will be available for free. Last year this included music, movies, books and apps. It is offered by Apple as an introduction for new iOS users to get to know how iTunes works and also as a thank you for existing users too. Apple's 12 Days of Christmas is only available in Canada and most parts of Europe; strangely the United States is not part of the promotion. The app is compatible with the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad. Have an app you'd love to see featured on TiPb?
