British Prime Minister to get his own iPad app to keep on top of Government business Dec 28th 2011, 20:37 British Prime Minister David Cameron has commissioned an iPad app that he hopes will enable him to become more efficient whilst dealing with day to day government business. App developers from inside Mr Cameron's Cabinet Office are designing the application. The software will allow the Prime Minister to see the latest NHS waiting-list figures, crime statistics, unemployment numbers and a wide variety of other data at a glance. The idea for the app came from a trip by advisers to the US. David Cameron already uses an iPad to access real time news information from Twitter and Google as well as newspapers and radio programmes. The new Whitehall app should be available for use by March 2012. Source: The Telegraph, Photo: Flickr Leave a Reply Note: Comments must be civil, respectful, and on-topic.
