Grand Central Apple Store open for business Dec 9th 2011, 18:26 By Jared DiPane, Friday, Dec 9, 2011 | No Comments We kind of figured the Grand Central Apple Store was going to be a huge deal, but we weren't expecting thousands to line up to get in on the first day. With all the excitement in the air some of the folks waiting in line captured videos to share, showing off just how many people were around. Apple had promised the first 4,000 people would receive a free t-shirt, and within just the first hour there was 1,000 people in the store and 500 waiting patiently for their turn to enter.
