While initially everyone was extremely excited about the device, once users got it in their hands some started experiencing issues which Jawbone was not able to immediately correct. Jawbone has announced that they will accept one return per household as long as the device was purchased from an authorized retailer in 2011, and has to be claimed before Dec 31, 2012. Their no questions asked guarantee states that if for any reason you wish to return it, whether dissatisfied, facing an issue with it, or just no longer wish to have it they will accept the return. Always nice to see companies stand behind their product and give support to all the users whether they are happy or not.
